We provide the German, G key, A key and C key types. The G key type has been well sold in the Turkey. In addition to Bb clarinet, our company is also a manufacturer of saxophone, flute, brass instrument, guitar, violin as well as other musical instruments. Our clarinet is made up of reed head including single reed, small cylinder, main pipe with two segments, bell as well as mechanical tone key system. The main pipe is designed with two segments, which makes the product convenient to carry and repair. Furthermore, this product has a small volume.

The clarinet is usually made of bakelite, ABS, ebony or rosewood. Its sounds are loud and clear. The tones in the alto register are pure and beautiful. The ones in the bass register are low, vigorous and plump. This musical instrument is characterized by flexible playing performances and has great advantage in playing melody, musical scale, arpeggio, staccato as well as other aspects. It boasts great expressive force when used either in band or solely. After the front teeth are changed, the children can play this musical instrument at any age.

Introduction of Different Parts
This musical instrument has the most special configuration among the woodwind instruments. Other woodwind instruments produce the sounds in line with the open pipe principle. This product completely comes with a cylindrical shape. Taking the flute as an example, the operation part including the originally fitted tube and tail pipe is cylinder-shaped while the mouthpiece tube is in the cone shape.

The tube adopted by the clarinet is made of wood and cut into five segments for convenient carrying and repair. Since the air column is designed with the closed construction, the pipe length is only half of pipe length of other woodwind instruments. This product is available in Bb key and A key. It is a transposing instrument.
1. Mouthpiece
The bamboo chip is fixed on the mouthpiece. Blow the air through the gap between the bamboo chip and mouthpiece to vibrate the bamboo chip, thus the sound is made. The bamboo chip can be fastened in French style or German style. The former type will use a restriction ring which can be made of metal, plastic and rubber. The latter adopts the string.
2. Upper Tube
The upper tube of the clarinet will be operated by the left hand. It requires the support of high technology. The production of this part is closely related to the production of the mouthpiece.
3. Lower Tube
The lower tube is the part operated by the right hand. During production, the first priority is given to the correct articulation of melody.
4. Bell
It can be used only when the clarinet plays sounds in the bass register.
5. Reed
The reed is a piece of thin bamboo chip made of reed.

Maintenance
The clarinet can be supplied in either rubber type or wood type. The latter is available with rosewood and ebony materials.

1. Maintenance of Wood Type
The body of newly bought wood type is made of natural granadilla, so it is very sensitive to the abrupt change of temperature and humidity. For this reason, the body is apt to damage and fracture. Therefore, the newly bought musical instrument should be played for around five minutes for the first time. The playing time can be 10 minutes for the second time and 20 minutes for the third time. This is because the wood activity of the newly bought product is very strong.
This musical instrument should not be used in windy days in winter. It should not be put outdoors or in places having high temperatures. In summer, this product should not be placed under the blazing sun for quite a long time, which can protect the product from cracking.
As for the wood clarinet, the inner and outer pipes should be coated with the bore oil, such as white oil or sewing machine oil, so as to prevent the wooden body from fracture.
Before assembling this musical instrument, the operator should coat the joint part with cork grease and the keys should not be operated with great force.

2. Maintenance after Playing
a. Pipe Water Cleaning
The water within the pipe can be completely cleaned using the cleaning swab (M). The M stands for medium type. The joint is easy to accumulate water, so it should be carefully cleaned with the polishing gauze so as to prevent crack.

b. Mouthpiece Cleaning
After the clarinet is played, the reed should be detached and the water on it should be wiped out by inserting the cleaning swab from the joint. Then, the reed should be carefully maintained.

c. Leather Pad Cleaning
The absorbent paper will be clamped between the leather pad and tone hole to absorb water, not damaging the leather pad.

d. Surface Smudge Cleaning
The polishing cloth will be adopted to slightly wipe the body of the clarinet. The keys should not be given too much force, or else the leather pad will be damaged. When the smudge is cleaned away, the polishing cloth and musical instrument should be kept separately so as to protect the product from damp.

e. Cleaning of Other Parts
The downside of keys and the space between keys should be cleaned with the telephone using tone hole cleaning rod once a week. The keys of the clarinet should be checked to see whether they are flexible or not. The smudge in the vacant part should be cleaned away with a small hair brush or waste brush. The screws also should be examined loose or not. The screws of the key parts should be applied with one or two drops of key oil with the screws not loosened. Then, activate the keys. The oil on the body should be cleaned away. Additionally, the smudge on the tone hole of keys should be erased with the tone hole cleaning agent.
