3.The side tube can be oiled in the following procedure.Wipe out the residual oil on the inner side tube using the clean soft cloth,evenly coat the whole inner slide tube with the slide tube oil in an appropriate amount .A think layer of oil is enough .Place the inner slide tube into the outer one and slide it several times .

4.As for the trombone with the piston ,the piston can be applied with the oil as follows.

a,first ,unscrew the nut and take out the piston .

B.second ,apply several drops of oil to the piston surface ,cylinder pipe and nut thread .

C.third ,place the piston into cylinder pipe and tract it several times .If the spring the bass instrument is taken out ,please put it back .

D.fourth,press the piston and pull out all the pitch pipes to clean the accumulated water .After being cleaned up ,the pitch pipes should be painted with the slide grease and then put them into their positions .

e.The inside of the slide tube can be cleaned with the cleaning swabs or resilient cleaning brush so as to make the musical instrument in an optimal state .
